These Terms of Use govern your use of Cue and the Cue website at sendtocue.app.

1. What Cue does
Cue helps you turn content you intentionally provide into concrete tasks.
For example, you can share text, messages, notes, screenshots, images or documents with Cue. Cue can identify possible next actions and prepare them as tasks for your review.
Cue is not a task manager. It helps you capture and clarify tasks before sending them to a supported task-management application or copying them elsewhere.
2. You remain in control
Cue suggests tasks based on the content you provide.
You can review the result before exporting it. You may edit task titles, notes, dates or times, add tasks or remove tasks.
You are responsible for reviewing the result and deciding whether a task should be used or exported.
Cue does not perform the tasks it identifies on your behalf.
3. Accuracy
Automated analysis can be incorrect or incomplete.
Cue may misunderstand a request, miss a task, interpret a date incorrectly or generate wording that does not match your intention.
You should review important information, especially dates, times, names, deadlines and other details, before exporting or relying on a task.
Cue should not be used as the sole method for remembering critical deadlines or information where an error could cause significant harm.
4. Your content
You retain your rights to the content you provide to Cue.
You must have the right to use and process the content you submit. In particular, you are responsible for complying with applicable confidentiality, privacy, employment or contractual obligations when sharing content that concerns other people or organizations.
Providing content to Cue does not transfer ownership of that content to us.
5. On-device analysis
Cue uses Apple Intelligence to analyze content you intentionally provide to the app.
The analysis does not require a Cue-operated cloud account or Cue server.
Cue does not independently access, monitor or scan your messages, notes, documents or other applications.
6. Task-manager integrations
Cue can export tasks to supported destinations such as Apple Reminders, Things and OmniFocus, or copy tasks to the clipboard.
Third-party applications and services are operated independently from Cue. Their availability, functionality, synchronization, data handling and terms may change without our control.
Cue is not responsible for the operation of third-party applications or services.
7. License and App Store terms
Cue is licensed to you, not sold.
If Cue is distributed through Apple’s App Store and no separate custom end-user license agreement is provided for the app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the license for the application.
These Terms supplement applicable App Store terms and govern additional aspects of your relationship with the provider of Cue. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Permitted use
You may use Cue for lawful personal or professional purposes.
You may not attempt to:
circumvent technical restrictions or security measures;
interfere with the operation of Cue or its distribution;
use Cue in a way that infringes the rights of another person;
reverse engineer or modify Cue except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law; or
use Cue for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual property
Cue, including its software, design, branding, website content and other materials created by us, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the app, no ownership rights in Cue are transferred to you.
10. Availability and changes
We may improve, update or modify Cue over time.
Features may change as operating systems, Apple technologies or third-party integrations evolve.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or work with every future version of a third-party application or operating system.
Where required by applicable law, changes that materially affect your contractual rights will be communicated appropriately.
11. Liability
Our liability is governed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
Because Cue assists with extracting and preparing tasks rather than executing them, you remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it.
12. Termination
You may stop using Cue at any time.
We may restrict use of Cue where reasonably necessary to protect the app, comply with legal requirements or address a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Cue changes or when legal requirements make an update necessary.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its effective date.
Changes do not limit mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / jurisdiction of the provider], without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
Where mandatory law gives consumers the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction, those rights remain unaffected.
